Transtalk doesn't ring

Can anyone offer any suggestions here.

I have a customer with a transtalk that will ring only if a call is transferred to it, and not on regular inbound calls. I plan to investigate the programming for this extension in Cen. Tel. Programming. Is there anything else I should investigate with this Transtalk?
 
Nope, it needs to be set to ring on the lines that are assigned to it. Go to Centralized Telephone Programming, and set them to Immediate Ring. Since it rings on Transfers (and I'm guessing Intercom calls too), it proved that the ringer itself is turned on.
 
TTT is also assuming that the phone is mapped for the correct system that you have... Is it?
 
Yep, checked that; Mapped for Partner. Unfortunately I'll not be able to verify that the lines are set to Immediate Ring until next week.

I can't believe how many of these Transtalks I've had to replace in the field.
