Hi

We have a Transtalk MDW9030 I have a merlin legend system and audix intuity VM And auto att. Now when you call our main number and get the auto att its programed to transfer to ext. 104.. BUT exts 105, 106, 107 and 108 have primary cover buttons.. HOW do I porgram a primary cover on the Transtalk? Its ext. 132. THANKS jake

At the transalk, turn it on, it should go off hook on an "SA" button (give you inside dial tone).

Dial "#00" to get into the program mode.

The display will "light up" with the bottom row showing "A-B-C-D", the next row up showing "1-2-3-4" and the top row "5-6-7-8".

Use the double arrow button to move the rectangle to one of the rows, then use one of the arrow buttons to pick the "button" that you want to put the primary coverage on.

The display should say "blank". Dial *40-104, and you should have a Primary Coverage button for Ext. 104.

Turn the Transtalk off to exit programming.

Alternativly, in SPM, go to centralized telephone programming, enter the Transtalk's extension number, select the button, dial *40-104 and enter. Only problem is the mapping of the buttons in SPM and the mapping of the buttons on the Transtalk, it might not end up where you expected it.
