I have 2 TransTalk 9040 stations on an IP Office 403. The stations worked fine until we upgraded to version 1.4. Now when trying to dial out they display shows "incompatible". There is no difference in the Line or user settings from any other station. Any sugestions?

Down grade to the previuos version and wait til Version 2.0 and it would seem 1.4 has so many.....features in Avaya speak we all call them Bugs!!

i got a complaint from one of my IP office sites about the Transtalk ear speaker volume being very soft/faint. They have maxed out the volume control on the TT to no avail. I mentioned to them to try to use a headset or ear piece to see if that helped.

Is the phone going bad or could there be a voltage/power problem with the IPO? We recently upgraded it to 2.1 from 1.4 but I believe the issue existed before the upgrade.

Should I add an inline power module?
