TRANSPOSE RECORDS IN A TABLE

Hi

I HAVE A TABLE AS FOLLOWS-

Country City
USA Austin
USA Houston
USA Dallas
Canada Toronto
Canada Montreal

I want to change the table like this-

Country City
USA Austin, Houston, Dallas
Canada Toronto, Montreal

the table is very huge and so its tough for me to rewrite the table in my desired format. IS THERE A WAY IN ACCESS AS TO HOW I CAN ACCOMPLISH THIS?

Hi

I think you mean you wish to make a query on your table which gives the result indicated.

You need to look up crosstab query in help.
