We are on Exchange 2007 SP2

We have 10 accepted domains. We need to create a transport rule for one of these accepted domains to meet the following:

1. emails from outside with"words" in subject line to be forwarded to 4 email addresses/people (who are inside the organization)

kindly help me do this.

thank you in advance

This is simple. Just create a distribution group. It will automatically be given an email address. Add the four users to that distribution group. Then get properties on that distro group and go into MailFlow Settings, then Delivery Restrictions and uncheck the box that requires senders to be authenticated.

Then go create your transport rule and configure it to send to the distribution group. I just set one up myself as a test, and it works.
