Hello
I have created a rule to reject messages from outside our org to one of our users and include a custom DSN message. I can see the custom dsn message is good to go and I restarted the transp service
but it is not doing anything!
rule options were:
-From users that are inside or outside (specified - outside)
-Sent to people (specified user's email address)
-action: send rejection message to sender with enhanced status code
I used powershell to create a 5.7.10 custom dsn and checked that it was good
-restarted transport service
Can someone tell me what I missed?
