Transport Error

Hi,

When I'm in the CE9s CMC and I go on to the history tab for certain objects, I get:

There was an error while retrieving data from the server: Transport error: Communication failure.

This only affects one or two files, as I can see the history for all other objects.

Also, I can see the history for both these files from ePortfolio.

Do you know why I might be getting this problem?

I have seen a 'transport error' when using the query screen and pulling back a large record set. It might be similar.

Are you limiting the number of instances which will be saved?

No, the instances are unlimited. It's weird how it only affects the CMC, yet I can access the history in ePortfolio.

ePortfolio may automatically throw in a limit on number of instances when running it's query.
Is it possible for you to change this to limited # of instances and see if that helps?
