Transparent Windows 1

Hi, is there a way to make a window transparent
(not invisible)... so that i can see the contents of the window but the background too .... ?

an idea (but not the corect one) will be to get the back of the window in a bitmap ... and combine it somehow with my window ....

isnt there a easy way ....

or how can i combine in a trasparent maner 2 bitmaps ......
