transparent windows in KDE

Okay, I see all these snapshots with the windows in KDE (and gnome)that let the desktop background show through. I really like this. How can I get my back color in the windows to be transparent? I went into the control panely and the windows manager type thing. You can change it to alot of colors, but not transparent

U want to heve terminal transparent? Use Eterm, Aterm, or whatever and read the man page for it, so U 'll find out, how to set it. U want to have desktop manager icon windows transparent? dont' knw, but it should be somewhere under right mouse_button click ;-)))
