text boxes are opaque (that is, you can't see through them). they are usually white with some text on top.
panels are also opaque. they don't have any text on top, but come in all sort of colours - sometime with pictures.
there are many other forms i can name that are opaque, but i want one that isn't. i want a form, that can be made to be translucent.
