transparent title

Hello!

I am trying to do something quite simple, that is to put a title over a video while the video plays. however, every time i stand on the title and edit it to be transparent I get the desired effect, but when i move acroos the timeline it disappears and the effect is lost....

if this is not clear please ask questions...

Which version of Premiere you are using?

How did you create the title?

Which track have you put the title on?

What transparency is applied to the title?
