Transparent Proxy - Runtime Error 429 Active X Component Cannot Create Object.

I was using a spyware remover to scan an remove spyware,which I did. Now I keep receiving the above error message. I do not know how to resolve this issue and I'm hoping someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

A dll or ocx file that was being used by a program cannot be found, or communicated with, by the program that needs it. It has either been removed or moved. It might also be that a newer version of the file has been installed and the calling program can't communicate with it properly.

Is there some time of utility that I can run to determine which dll or ocx is missing?

You can look into 'Dependanct Walker' or 'Process Explorer'. Try googling for them. Also check the documentation of the calling program.
