Transparent PNG

I keep haveing the problem of importing a transparent background PNG image and the background showing up in FP as either a lightblue or black. Even when I post it on the internet it show's up those colors.

Background comes out transparent if I do an .GIF image but not .PNG but the clairty isn't as good.

Is there a setting in FP that I need to adjust so that the transparent background of an image thats a PNG file will showup transparent?
