transparent movie background 1

Is it possible to have a transparent background for the movie itself, so when the movie is embedded into an HTML page the table background color will show through? "There's no such thing as 'should have'."
 
I think IE 5 was the only browser that would allow you to do that ... when you publish the SWF file, do it thru PUBLISH SETTINGS - choose Flash & HTML, then click on the HTML tab. There should be an option called WINDOW MODE ... check "Transparent Windowless" (I think that's what it is).

Just be aware that this works in so few browsers that it's barely even worth consdidering. There is 3rd party software you can get to make the background of your movie transparent, but you'll have to pay for it.
