Does anyone know of a way to transparently map a public address behind an IPF/IPNAT firewall? For example, use firewall to NAT 1 address to a Private subnet, as well as map that public address to an "internal" public address?

You can do this BY TELNET YOUR ROUTEUR ON ENABLE MODE AND WRITE "IP NAT INSIDE SOURCE STATIC TCP IP-INSIDE PORT IP-OUTSIDE PORT EXTENDABLE"

yes, I know how to do it with a cisco or another router solution, but I want to do it with IP Filter. and IPNat Running on an Open BSD box. I do not want to use ethe router for anything but routing traffic. This is a customer request, they want me to administrate a seperate firewall solution that is dedicated to filtering traffic. Their 1720 is fully capable of doing it, but IPF is a good solution also.
