Transparent Image on TDrawGrid

Hi

Can anyone please tell me how I can display a transparent image on the TDrawGrid component in Borland 6?

I want to use the TImageList component to produce this image to use on the TDrawGrid but even when I make the image transparent it is not transparent when displayed in the grid.

Can anyone help please, or sugesst another way to do this.
