Hi, this is my question:
I have my mail database in Notes, but usually I have to delete mails to keep it at low space.
I would like to transparent copy all my received and sent mail automatically to a big webmail account, as a backup, so, if I had to delete something for notes, I still could find it in my webmail.
I'm using R6.5, I've tried it with a client rule
"For ALL DOCUMENTS forward to MY ACCOUNT"
But this rule, only copies the mail I receive, nor the sent one.
Is there a way to solve the problem?
Thanks

You can set up another rule to copy sent mails to another account. Details should be:

When:
Sender contains <Your name>

Send full copy to <your email account>
