If I mouse over a pull-down menu in IE5.5 Win9x the background of the pull-down menu is transparent. If there is text behind the pull-down then I get text over text and it is impossible 2 read. I have tried making changes 2 colors, desktop settings etc., but have not had any luck. Does anyone know or has anyone seen this before and were you able 2 fix it? Thanks
