How hard is it to translate my application to another language and give the user the ability to switch?
Mostly the translation would be for the menus.

I have done a lot of work localizing an application. After reviewing the options, we settled on a product called Multilizer. It is a bit pricey, but will save you a ton of time.

Are there any forms or messages that need to be localized?

Thanks , let me look into that. I found out something called gnu gettext...It's free...
