In one of our deployments, we use an FXO port to connect the Cisco VoIP world with a legacy communications system that allows classrooms to talk to the main office.

The way that it works is that the user on the VoIP phone dials 7000, waits to hear a tone (old comm system connected), about 5 seconds, then dials the room number, say 112. What they would like to do is be able to setup 7112 to "automate" the 7000 and 112 process.

I was thinking a Translation Pattern could do the trick but can't figure out how to make the TP wait the 5 seconds to dial 112.

Thanx for ideas or thoughts on how to accomplish this.
