Translation error message on restore after BE upgrade from 8.5 to 9.0

I am running BackupExec for Netware version 9.0. I recently upgraded from version 8.5 to version 9.0. While trying to restore files that were backed up prior to the upgrade, I am getting the following error message:
Media Server Active Alert:
Translation error on media (name of media listed here). Please consult the Administrators manual for possible solutions.
I cannot find any help on this in the manual. Would appreciate any suggestions.

make sure you are using the latest build 4172.2 . This can be downloaded from the below site:

Backup Exec for NetWare Version 9.0 build 4172.2 (English Language Version)

ps. You can check what version and build you are running from the sys:bkupexec\version.doc file.

If it is not the above build, run bestop on your current server and install over the top with the above download.
