I think I might be willing to fork over $75 for this. I would love to know why my cat feels an urge to sleep on my keyboard when I am trying to work!

I would settle for that but would sooner have a translation of the "What were they thinking?" type.

1989: What were you thinking when you placed that small plastic toy part in an unreachable part of your nose?

1998: What were you thinking when you skipped school for 8 days during the first 3 weeks of your senior year?

2002: What were you thinking when you had not slept for 48 hours and went racing down the highway at night in the rain at high speed and totaled your 3rd vehicle?

The first two were my vans (he borrowed them to get to work). The third was his employer's van. He now only can ride as a passenger in my insured vehicles. Amazing how he has become more cautious with his own truck!

I really could use a translator for my daughter as well.
What were you thinking when you dated that guy with the pierced tongue and an excuse for never being responsible for his own actions? Heck, I would go $100 for that one!

Just think of all the people who will fork over the cash only to find out that their cat's are cussing them out and have a low opinion of them.

I don't want to know what my cats are trying to say. I enjoy the mystery. Otherwise it's- where's the food? when is dinner coming? make a lap, I'm tired, leave me alone.

And most people can "understand" their animals using "native" language. Jack's right, a cat's vocabulary consists of:

I'm hungry
I want to go out
I want to come in
Where's the food, I'm hungry

The lap really isn't necessary for sleeping, they do that ALL the time (when they aren't hungry and wanting to come in/out!)

Fortunately, owning Parrots, my pets have the ability to tell you what they want. However I did come to hate the day one learned to Say F' Off when I would tell him to shut up.

Hi,

sounds like a interesting innovation. But would anyone really consider buying it just to translate their cats meows? Is'nt the natural meow sweet enough to understand?

Not far off when we could translate an infants cries to the speech!!!!

Personally, I agree with sleipnir214 and BJCooperIT. Would be great innovation if somebody could come up with a kind of gadget where u could record ur dreams/thoughts and be able to replay them at will.
