Has anyone had any experience with either internally or externally doing a full transition of POTS lines at national locations to point to a centralized IVR?
In this scenerio, we have two lines at each location and need to fwd the main line to the IVR app, and replace the main BTN with a new telephone line (making sure we still have two lines onsite at each location).
Any idea on providers of this type of service (to manage the carrier orders etc).
This would be something like what Victoria's Secret or USbank have.
Any help would be appreciated.
