having just moved my j2ee application from websphere 4.0.3 to 4.0.4,I get a transformerConfigurationError when transforming many xml files.In most cases it transforms ok about 27 times and then throws this error.Using the same code ,this never happened in websphere 4.0.3 where we have done up to 1000 transforms without an error.Has anyone ever experienced this.I am using the same version of xerces and xalan on both versions.I will appriciatte help on this.
