When I try to view the transformations property of "Transform Data Task", I got msg like "Some of your transformations refer to columns that do not exist in your source or destination." In this case, how can I edit the ActiveX Script of the transformations? It's already coded by another developer.

First of all on the Source Tab of the Transform Data Task ... what option is selected? (Table/View or SQL Query)
On the second Tab ... Destination ... is the correct destination selected? (Does it exist ... ie it hasn't been dropped since the DTS was created) ... I actually think that the problem might be here..
