Transform Signed & Packed Signed values

I am currently writing a Lotus Script agent that will be parsing a file which is comes from a Mainframe environment. Within the file I am reading, some of the numeric values are signed values or packed signed values. Is there a way within Notes to convert these values into a non signed and non packed signed values?

Any help would be great.
