Transform from columns to rows?

I have data in two columns

Company1 Apples
Company1 Pears
Company1 Cherries
Company2 Cherries
Company3 Apples

and want to tranform to four columns

Company1 Apples Pears Cherries
Company2 Cherries
Company3 Apples

I'd be grateful for advice.
