TRANSFERTEXT WITH .FAN EXTENTION

I am using the transfertext to import text files. These files always have the file extention .fan. Currently I am changing the extention to .txt manually before I import them. Is there a better way to do this

Have you tried to import as .fan? What error does it give you? I'm not sure if I understand your problem....

Your right! There is no problem. It worked just fine with the .fan. I don't know why I didn't try it. I just assumed it had to be .txt.
