Transfert Issue 8.1 (65)

Hi

When the receptionist transfer a call to a extension, the receiver have a display phone TransfertFromCallWaitList and the call seems to be freeze on the system.

The problem come with transfer extension without queue, transfer group with queue ... and not all the time...

If someone know something about that issue please let me know !
 
The second way are the good one, english are not my first language, sorry for that !!!

So i explain.

Ip office 8.1(65)

Sometime (to much), the receptionist receive a call and transfert to a user or a group. The person who receive the call have this display on her phone

"Transferfromcallwaitlist"

And can not answer the call. The call are freeze somewhere on the system.

The user have on queuing
The group have queuing

If somebody understand my poor english and know what Can be the problem, please let me know !!!

What type of phone and what is the firmware level?

I would upgrade it to the latest release or at least use the phone firmware of that release.
