If it's available (I'm surprised to see it's not part of the standard OpenServer install) try using the 'sz filename' command. This will attempt to send the file to your terminal using the Zmodem protocol, and if you're lucky your terminal emulator will have the capability to auto detect a Zmodem transfer and start downloading it. If not you can try and start the download manually.
