I have assigned a macro to a control button whereby it will open a table select all records and delete them.

The user enters new values for that table through a form.

I then assign the "TransferSpreadsheet" macro to a control button to transfer new data in the table into an existing excel spreadsheet.

This works well except that when transfering the table information to excel the first time table values appear in row 2 of the spreadsheet. The user then clears the access table, new data is entered, and the new data transfered to excel, this time the data is now in row 3.

What do I need to do to keep the transferdata consistently transfered to row 2.

Check how you have the file delimited on export (try comma seperated). If needed you can create an Export Specification that you can later use in macros. To do this import the data manually and when you are at File, Get External Data, Import- click the Advanced button to create an export specification.
