Transferring You To (Phrase)

Customer wants automated attendant to transfer callers directly once they select a button. Doesn't want to hear "transferring you to..."
Anyone?
SX200 ICP embedded.
 
You will need to use the Huntgroup Type Auto Att

Feature is usually enabled in form 4

How to
Form 4 Option 106 - Automated Att - Enabled
Form 4 Option 59 - Set to 1
Form 2 Feature 24 set to 2 digit number
Form 17 remove 2 or 3 ports from your Embedded VM (from the middle, leave first and last)
Form 17 Setup new hunt group
- Type AutoAtt
- Add members removed from VM group
- Set Options
- Time = length of recording
- Default destination - typically Zero
- Prefix digits = 2 digit Speedcall feature followed by 99 (99 is an example)
Form 49 - Rad Setup
- Set Rad group 10 to play message 1 and repeat once
Form 31
- Bin 990 = Destination of user dial 0
- Bin 991 = Destination of user dial 1
- Bin 992 = Destination of user dial 2
- Bin 993 = Destination of user dial 3
- Bin 994 = Destination of user dial 4
- Bin 995 = Destination of user dial 5
- Bin 996 = Destination of user dial 6
- Bin 997 = Destination of user dial 7
- Bin 998 = Destination of user dial 8
- Bin 999 = Destination of user dial 9

Login to MB 999 Admin
- Option 5 then 2
- Skip the ports that remain in VM group by pressing #
- On the ports in the AutoAtt group Dial 10
- On the remaining ports press # until all ports are entered and you hear "Changes Complete"

Press * to return to main admin level (or hangup and log back in)
- Option 8
- Press 1
- Select greeting number 1
- Record greeting
- Very important to accept greeting after recording

Terminate calls to AutoAtt Hunt Group

Thanks.....speed dial coded into guest phones using *24, can't change it. Plus this would be a one-off that I don't want to support. Really appreciate the reply. Might be handy in the future.
 
You can manage with *24 (it's just simpler to understand with 2 digits

The prefix digits become *249

The speedcalls used would then be 090 to 099. (the leading zero is ignored as long as none of the 900 to 999 are in use)
