So we have huntgroups in remote site B
From site A we can one touch transfer to the huntgroup in site B.
This works OK - but it doesn't let the caller "hear" whats going on until the operator transfering the call hangs up.

So don't hear all of the huntgroups annoucement.

Is there any way that we can transfer a call where the caller hears the entire transfer?
Example: Caller calls operator. And asks for X dept. The operator pushes the X dept button, which calls the X dept huntgroup. BUT both the operator and the caller can hear "hello welcome to X dept blabla".
Right now by the time the operator hangs up the call, the caller only heard "to X dept blabla". The first part is cut off.

Not quite enough information. Why do they hear an announcement prior to ringing the group? If you are transferring to a que I would rerecord the announcement with a two second silence to the beginning of the recording. That would give the operator time to hang up. Most people will never care about the 2 second lag if the announcement repeats.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*
