Delayed Response – Calls the Operator

I am being told that if there are (7) calls or more coming in at the same time that the if they make no choice it disconnects them. What should I be checking??? Sorry a newbie here.

Thanks,
Jim

No response -Repeat, so it will repeat the massage again.
As for the 7 calls, as long as you have the enough ports it will takes as many as the ports.

how many ports of mermail do you have? they should all hit the same vsdn so they get the same choices and the same no response treatment.

I though about the port problem but we have 12 ports. Do you know how many calls each channel can handle?

Thanks,
Jim

i would dial busy out the 1st 6 ports off hours then test the last 6.. 1st rule out a bad port

those 12 ports are all you have then for both incoming and people trying to check their voicemail. It is concievable that they would all be busy.
