transferring MS Access data into Word Tables 1

Hello Everyone
I need Help transferring MS Access Query data into various tables in a 3 page MS Word Template (using Mail Merge or Automation), Save and Print the output document.

The tables display the details of a Franchisee (Name, ID, DoB, Gender,Company Name, Company Reg No, Address, Tel, etc), the Shops (Shop Type,Community Type, Container Number, Shop Address, Latitude, Longitude, etc)operated by the Franchisee as well as the Phones (Phone Type, Phone No, IMEI,etc ) operated within each Shop.

The information should be displayed in the following format:

Hello HBV! Thanks for your response. I unfortunateley cannot use an Access report for this one simply because I am developing this application to automate and efficiently manage the various Processes, Procedures & Tasks of my job as well as co-ordinate the vast amount of data that I work with. The current paper-based system is highly labour intensive, prone to data integrity issues and result in numerous lost and replicated documentation and in duplication of effort. Furthermore, I am not amongst the most organised people in the world and do not have the luxury of an assistant. I am therefore required to work with the templates developed by my employer. I have however replicated these into word because I thought it may be easier to achieve this with Mail merge, compound merge or Access-Word automation.
