you only need to read about two pages.. do you have the migration tape?

put it in mail, boot.. mail comes up with a new option in tools .. make a migration tape.. take that option, put it in cp, run config wizard and pick the build from migration option..

bang.. all your mb and msgs and pwd's are there... you need to build your menu services BUT. all the recordings came across.. if you have an app 5000, look for app ms1500, drag the menu icon out, name it.. look at the prop's and behold.. you've got the recordings from mermail..


on this site, i did the migration a month in advance, tested. rebuilt the menus then, i did another migration, mb only and turned the mermail off..

be sure to remove the old mermail, acd sets and aml link.. it has a habit of lighting lamps post cut if you don't

the call pilot i am migrating to is already in use as our regular voice mail. is there anything that needs to be done to protect that data?
