Transferring licenses from old control unit to new control R11 using PLDS

Hello to all. I have an issue during my transfer from old sn to new using plds and LAC some of my licenses did not transfer. My essential and vmpro transferred ok but my additional ports did not. They were there but did not transfer. I now cannot get back to where I see the additional vm ports to transfer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you enter the LAC in PLDS and select View Activation Record you can see all licenses on that customers Host ID, probably they are left on the previous host.

Or you may not have used the 'Activate All' button. (I did that on an early PLDS migration)
