Hi Guys;
I'm stuck on this... also having trouble seperating the IPO voicemail pro from the CallPilot... I'm wondering if a caller can be directed to a 2nd ccr tree from the/a main ccr tree?
The reason (since that will be the 1st question) is the user is implementing a rather substantial ccr tree and 1 of the sub-menus they want to be able to change on a... somewhat... frequent basis.
This is a customer service group and I do not trust most of them to get into the programming of the main tree and not screw it up. If they screw up the 2nd menu... not that big a deal, but the main menu will be "Stupid phone systems fault"... for sure.
Any clarification is greatly appreciated.
