Transferring FP98 Web-site between computers

I need to up-grade computers, and have to transfer the web-site to another computer so I can make changes to the root web.

I have managed to up-load the site to the other computer, but when I try to save changes I make to the root web I get a 'no port at server 80' error, even though my PWS is up and running.

I imagine I'm having problems due to security issues and I maybe need to make some changes in FP98 to allow me to author web-changes from the other computer.
