Hello
Is there a way to copy multiple documents from Outlook 2002 to "My Documents" folder (which exists on a network share), instead of opening each one individually and saving them to the "My Documents" folder one file at a time. There are about 2000 users in our organisation and to get them to do this individually is going to tie up resources and time that could be better used elsewhere.
The documents were migrated from Teamlinks on VMS servers to Outlook 2002 on Exchange Servers. We have been told by the company implementing this for us that there is no way to do it, but that they could write a script which would achieve multiple copying (at a cost).
I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter
Thanking you in advance
Kevin
