Transferring directly to a mailbox on a TVP 100

Hi all,
I have a client who uses a tvp 100 for voice mail and the receptionist very often transfers a caller straight to someone's mailbox by dialling the TVP, waiting for it to answer, then dialling #6, waiting for more prompts etc.
Is there a more direct way of doing it?
Panasonic TVP 100 which is not using DPITS integration

if not using Dpits, then no. what system is it on?

Yeah that's what I was worried about.
It's on an lg gdk 100 and was hoping to do it in a less convoluted way.

If you are not using the unit for AA set the ports for voicemail service. when she dials in to the system it will ask to enter the mailbox number and not need the #6 option. this may require the reception not having its own mailbox if you have it go directly into the extension mailbox when they dial voicemail number

Okay I think I know what you mean.
Reception doesn't have it's own mailbox, they just bump callers over to the users mailboxes so they can leave a message.
