Transferring data from NT to AD domain 1

Hi,

I'm looking to find out if anyone knows of a way to transfer specific data from an NT SAM to an AD domain without going through a full migration using ADMT or another similar tool. Specifically, for each NT account I want to transfer the data held in the "User comment field" to the corresponding account's User comment field in AD.

Both the NT and AD domain already exist, populated with all user accounts (no guarantee that the account names match up 100%).

The whole idea of using ADMT is to have the account names match and to pull all of that info, even passwords if you want. I'd say wipe out the user IDs on the 2000 domain and use ADMT to migrate the users over.
