I want to be able to transfer my contacts in MS Outlook to a colleague, how can this be done?
Many thanks in advance

Hi

I haven't got access to Outlook at the moment but, off the top of my head, I think if you go to file and export you should be able to select address book or contacts list and save it to a removable drive or network drive.

Hope this helps

I also think you can (email) forward a contact to someone else by ...

Right-mouse on the contact and from the menu choose forward.

Can select multiple contacts to forward too.

You could export your contact list in a Comma Separted Values (CSV) file from within Outlook (Click File...IMPORT/EXPORT to File...the choose the CSV format. Send this file to your friend, and have him IMPORT (same method as above essentially) that file.

In your message go to insert/item you should be able to pick a contacts list (or all lists) from there.
