I need to program the G3si system to allow a couple of phones to transfer certain call types to an 800#. How do I program the switch and phones to allow this? I would be grateful if one of you definity guru's could provide me with some instruction in accomplishing this request. Thanks in advance!

Transferring Calls to an Outside Number

If the phones are able to dial outbound numbers then they are also able to transfer to them.
The only things that should get in the way of trtansfering calls to 800 numbers are "Trunk-to-Trunk transfer disabled or permission for those phones keeping them from making outbound calls to those numbers.
