transferring calls from receptionist getting conferrenced together.

I have a customer that has a 9.0.1 they have a receptionist that has a 1416 with a 32 button expansion module. If a call is ringing in to a user and the receptionist transfers a call to that same user it conferences the to calls together. is there a way to make it where the receptionist can do a one touch transfer on the sidekick instead of having to do transfer then hit the user, then hit the down arrow to select call B.

First of all early 9.0 releases were horrible, upgrading to later SP is recommended, the calls shouldn't conference together if you have 2 ringing calls on an extension.

i am doing it at my office and we have 9.1 i can recreate it on my system

Transferring is always a 2 step process in IPO since you have to press the TRANSFER button to initiate it to begin with. There's no workable way that I've seen to cut it down to just 1 button.

In the User>Source Number

Enable_OTT
Enable one touch transfer operation for the user.

If I remember right, you have to enable it for the person using it and the person you transfer too for it to work.
