We have 14 branch locations that we have incoming phone lines forwarded to call pilot applications here at our corporate office. To handle our Holiday Menus I changed the greeting for the Main Corporate Location Application and then built a date block within the branch applications to transfer to the SDN of the corporate menu. It worked for our VoIP branches but our other branches just received a fast ringing. We recently did a PEP upgrade that was supposed to fix this problem because per Nortel it was as known issue when trying to transfer from one Application to another. Anyone know of any solutions to this? I hate to have to record a holiday greeting 14 times every holiday.

from main app xfer the call to a phantom that is dcfw back to the pilot with a different sdn.
