I have 2 ipoffice systems with this problem. Im unable to recalim transferred calls until the call has been answered either by the user im transfering to or the mailbox of the user, the problem is if the call goes to the users mailbox the call stays active even after i have re-claimed the call. Unit is on version 2.1 and using voicemail pro ver 2.1.
