Transferring / call clearing issues

I have 2 ipoffice systems with this problem. Im unable to recalim transferred calls until the call has been answered either by the user im transfering to or the mailbox of the user, the problem is if the call goes to the users mailbox the call stays active even after i have re-claimed the call. Unit is on version 2.1 and using voicemail pro ver 2.1.

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved.
 
setup a ridecall short code.
in system shortcode create one with Ridecall, then go to that any set and dial that short code.
 
Can you explain what a ridecall key is please. And what it does? How do you programme it? Cant find any info in the manual anywhere.
 
look under short code features, ride call is in there.
