I'm trying to move things from my current laptop to a new one and as part of that I'd like to copy across the AutoComplete words and phrases that I've come to rely on on my current laptop.

Is there a file or registry branch that I can copy onto the new laptop?

The answer depends on which browser we're talking about. Almost all reasonably recent versions of IE store normal web form autocomplete entries in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\IntelliForms in an encrypted format.

Thanks, I'll try that. I'm using IE7 on both machines.
