Transferred Intrinsics

Can anyone help me out with the transfer intrinsic ? I have a skill set that internal reps transfer calls to. The problem that I have is if there are know reps ava they here dead here until a rep becomes ava. Any help would be great.

The TRANSFERRED intrinsic is only valid when the call is still in a transfer state (that is, when the person transferring the call hasn't yet completed the transfer and dropped off.) Once the transfer has completed, that intrinsic is no longer valid. You could give the reps a different CDN to transfer to, and then either direct it to a script of its own, or add a statement "IF CDN = " to differentiate it. Depends on what you need.
