Transferred Data Not Displayed In View

I have a DTS routine that transfers data from MS Access into SQL Server database. After the last download, I cannot display the most recently downloaded information when I create a View.
If I count the records I can see that they are being added.
My View enquiry is based on selecting YEAR and MONTH from a specific table. It works for all months prior to my last download.
The table currently has approx 23.5 million records.
Are there limitations on View interrogation of a table?
Any help would be much appreciated.
